INSTALLATION ENGINEER

 

Job Overview:

 Installation engineer is part of the site management team, and takes some of the responsibility for health and safety, organizing and supervising materials and people. Site engineers mark out the site, make sure designs are applied correctly and liaise with main and sub-contractors and the Project Manager. Regular liaison with the client, its representatives, and any consultants is another key part of the job.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Plan and distribute the work, among the group in accordance with both demand and company procedures
  • Supervise and control the tasks of new installation assembly.
  • Supervise the execution of works, materials, assemblies and documentation
  • Ensure performance targets are achieved
  • Implement installation methods release by the Company.
  • Resource planning, skill planning
  • Ensure that the site is prepared as requested.
  • Check that the tools and documentation are available.
  • Ensure that requested resources are available.
  • Ensure compliance with employment and health and safety procedures.
  • Any other related responsibilities and duties.

Qualifications:

  • Mechanical or Electrical Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Two Years’ Experience in Elevators Field.

SAFETY OFFICER


Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Safety Officer to make sure that everyone in the company complies with health and safety regulations.

You will be establishing policies that will help create as well as maintain a safe and secure place of work. You will have to complete the injury logs and write down the summary of all injuries that resulted in lost work time.

Your objective will be to ensure that the workplace meets all the legal requirements and actively supports occupational safety and health.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement workplace safety plans as per the official guidelines.
  • Prepare and set into effect policies that establish the culture of health and safety standards.
  • Evaluate procedures, practices, and facilities to assess risks and adherence to the regulation.
  • Conduct presentations and training to employees on health and safety topics along with accident prevention.
  • Provide medical examinations to employees when required by OSHA standards.
  • Monitor compliance with laws and policies by inspecting workforce and operations.
  • Inspect the protective equipment to examine potential hazardous material.
  • Investigate incidents or accidents to discover causes and manage the worker’s compensation claims.
  • Recommend solutions that help improve prospects or take new prevention measures.

Requirements

  • BA or BSc degree in Safety Management or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Safety Manager, Safety Coordinator or a similar role.
  • Valid accreditation in occupational health and safety certification.
  • Good understanding of legal safety and health guidelines.
  • Ability to develop viable policies and generating reports.
  • Solid knowledge of risk assessment and data analysis.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • A keen eye on details.

QUALITY INSPECTOR

 

Job Overview

As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for monitoring the Installation processes and operations to ensure that we are installing as per quality Checks. In addition to this, you will have to check that the products meet the required quality, safety, and other compliance precisely.

To be successful in this role, you should have an extraordinary level of attention to details, passion for the best quality and ability to work under pressure. You should have up-to-date knowledge of international standards of relevant products.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and scrutinise each step involved in the installation process according to organisational standards
  • Monitor in-process operations and recommend adjustments as per requirement.
  • Inspect procedures and ensure that they follow Quality procedure .
  • Identify critical problems and troubleshoot them accordingly
  • Approve the finished Installations with the set standards.
  • Document and report non-conformance and ensure continuous quality improvement

Requirements

  • Industrial Technical Diploma 
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Quality Inspector in construction field or relevant fields , 
  • Candidates having high school diploma with necessary certifications and experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to interpret and understand technical blueprints
  • Good technical skills
  • Detail-oriented and Precision in manufacturing processes
  • Analytical mind with sound decision making
  • Excellent writing and documenting skills
